- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Follow-up on NOM-035
- Initial assessment, brief therapeutic support, and containment for employees who request it or those identified with any psychosocial risk factor
- Referral of employees to specialized institutions for any psychosocial issues
- Statistical analysis of psychological care and implementation of strategies based on findings
- Annual planning and implementation of activities focused on employee integration and psycho-emotional well-being & preventive mental health strategies (Conferences, preventive awareness campaigns)
- Coordination of the "Community Service" initiative (United Way) - Volunteering, donations, visits to foundations, coordination of the United Way Committee
- Monitoring of organizational culture progress, preparation, and follow-up of PDCA
- Collaboration with cultural project leaders to achieve objectives and implementation
- Administration of Job Descriptions, development, and facilitation of training sessions
- Generation of reports and presentations for executive leaders, presenting project status and achievements
- Preparation and updating of Internal HR and Corporate Reports, following up on HR KPIs
- Responsible for tracking and reporting the implementation of the Engagement program with operational staff
- Follow-up on employee performance evaluations and Talent Reviews
- Support in various Development, Training, and HR activities
Pay: $18,500.00 - $24,500.00 per month
