We are looking for an experienced Design & Release engineer to join the Ford Powertrain Mounts team. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver PT mount designs that meet all system and vehicle requirements. With your creative and analytical mind, you will use key insights to identify opportunities while leading the mount design and delivery for our future global vehicle programs. You will guide and oversee all aspects of PT mount design from concept to vehicle launch.
