This is a PT, PM position that requires weekend and holiday availability. Applicants must be able to perform some heavy lifting with or without reasonable accommodations. Range of pay is $18.50 to 22.55, DOE.
What will I be doing? Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operationsMonitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performanceSupport and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaintsEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standardsManage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordinglyAssist in monitoring inventory and inventory controlWhat benefits will I receive?
