- Engineering Level Finished, Mechanical, Electromechanical or Mechatronics Level preferred.
- Medium-high English language,

- Primary engineering lead for PTME's Plant Engineering to ensure execution of the deliverables for the functional area.
- Primary contact and interface for PTME's Plant Engineering, Coolant Systems and Extraction Systems with Program Leaders.
- Responsible for all items related to the implementation of building and facilities preparations for new programs regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, development of Site Construction Management / Project Management / Construction Commodity Management (CM/PM/CCM) contracts.
- Lead the procurement and installation of all new program process equipment and Ford Production System team support facilities/areas in support of delivering a complete manufacturing system.
- Provide the design, procurement and installation of production support equipment including dust and mist extraction systems, coolant filtration, distribution and transfer systems including ducting, piping, etc.
- Assist Ford Land with oversight responsibility to ensure Architectural Engineering contracts and services are aligned in delivering designs compliant to Ford Land Construction Specifications and PTME Strategies and Specifications.
- Manage of construction contractors for new programs.
- Coordinate with Plant management and ongoing operations for all required relocations of existing areas as related to specific program actions.
- Develop the manufacturing study response and management review decks (i.e. Deep Dive Decks).
- Co-Lead resolution of manufacturing concerns and feasibility issues within the Component Program Module Team (CPMT).
- Responsible for procurement, design, runoff, delivery and launch of new/re-tooled equipment to support New Programs.
- Understand and follow PTME Strategies, Procedures, Guidelines, Bill of Process and MDS/MPS requirements, documents gap approval with deviation acceptance.
- Implement standardized engineered solutions for assembly / machining equipment with lead responsibility for ergonomics, safety, productivity, and process conformity.
- Deploy standard engineering methods in the development and delivery of assembly / machining processes and systems.
- Incorporate continuous improvements utilizing ME Continuous Improvement / Lessons Learned, Deviation and Decision Record Processes.
- Develop and deliver ESWP, enquiry specification/bid packages, SPA, recaps, and issue Purchase Requisitions for process related equipment.
- Drive Investment Efficiency process with PD & OEM's.
- Provide cost estimates and achieving F&T / HPU objectives.
- Assume overall financial responsibility for respective program content; update and track PO authorizations and future commitments in program checkbook.
- Responsible for overall timing plans & recovery actions.
- Coordinate PROTAG sign-off.
- Complete Machine Identification and Acceptance System (MIDAS) and ensure all required uploads are present (EVP, Capability, etc.) prior to sign-off, issue resolution.
