Ptoc Instructor/Controller

**Job Description**:

- Instruct gamers in exercise role-playing techniques
- During exercises, assist gamers in use of simulation models and role-playing
- During exercises, assist gamers in implementing rules and workarounds to offset simulation model abnormalities and increase exercise realism
- Operate Government vehicles, as required
- Install, operate and maintain Battlefield Visualization equipment in support of selected exercises/training events at KBSC and remote sites
- Provide staff support for After Action Reviews or to Opposing Forces
- Perform other duties as directed

Position Requirements
Minimum job requirements:

- Honorable service as an officer or noncommissioned officer in the US Armed Forces
- Experience with Allied and US Joint doctrine, organization, and procedures
- Experience with US Army doctrine, organization, and procedures
- Experience in conducting instruction
- Experience with war gaming or staff techniques
