We're headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.JOB DESCRIPTION: WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Be responsible for the invoices' chasing and accounting, and resolution of incidences (as per SLA defined and responsible for achieving main KPI's)- Will prepare ordinary payment proposals, review of debt accounts, compensations of SPA prepayments, and reconciling accounts- Will give support to different stakeholders in the company, such as Sourcing, Legal,- Will coordinate with rest of team members tasks handling and achievement- Other activities related the payables accountsWHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:- Degree in Business Administration or Finance or Professional Qualification in Accounting or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience- A good understanding of account payable principles, previous experience desired- Good negotiation and analytical skills- Strong MS Office knowledge, SAP experience desired- Team player, detail oriented, results oriented, self-motivated with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize workloads for maximum effectivenessLANGUAGES:- Portuguese: proficiency- Spanish: proficiency- English (intermediate)You will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
