We're headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.JOB DESCRIPTION:Responsible of managing a group of people that are responsible of supplier's assigned to their portfolioContact person in Finance for the trade suppliers of the company, including hotel accommodation, transfers, tours & activities suppliers.Support the activities required for the implementation of the standard process according to the Global Finance Process, perform master data review and updates; perform open items cleansing and reconciliation.Accountabilities:- Ensure smooth running of Accounts Payable function- Responsible for the invoices' accounting and resolution of incidences- Review ordinary payment proposals, review of debt accounts, review of prepayment requests, supervising reconciling of big accounts and giving support to the time.- Give support to internal and external stakeholders- Coordinate with rest of team members tasks handling and achievement- Other activities related to accounts payables**Skills**:- Good communication skills- Excellent organizational skills are required for this position- Analytic skills- Proactive with a can-do attitude- A positive trouble-solver with excellent work ethics- Expert MS Office skills**Experience**:- Minimum 5 years' experience at travel industry supervising teams.- Experience using SAP & ExcelQualifications:- Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or equivalent-- It is compulsory to speak fluent Spanish & English.-- Ability to build relationships within the organizationReview of payment incidents.
