In this position, you are a critical part of this mission and will be responsible for sales in Mexico, Central America, parts of South America, and Trinidad and Tobago. You will utilize pump technical knowledge and exceptional sales skills to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth in the territory.As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be an advisor to customers, creating and cultivating long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for revenue generation by providing unique fluid solutions. You will report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and be located in or near the territory, traveling 50-65% of the time.You will lead and direct tactical sales efforts to ensure territory sales and profit goals are achieved.You will actively manage sales activities for end users, OEMs, EPCs, and third-party representatives through face-to-face meetings, developing relationships with all decision makers and influencers to create and close opportunities.You will develop and manage sales contracts, identify new customers, penetrate key account and alliance customers, research customer needs, and develop value propositions for the application of products and services.You will represent all products offered by Industrial Flow North America, including metering pumps, centrifugal pumps, plunger pumps, gear and self-priming pumps, progressive cavity pumps, systems, pulsation dampeners, spare parts, and service.You will develop and deliver sales presentations to showcase the value of our products and services.You will provide technical support and product knowledge for all products offered.You will attend trade shows and other industry events to develop relationships and stay current on the competition and developments in the market.You will use sales data to identify, evaluate, and present packaged system solutions.You will manage the rep organization and territory using a goal-oriented approach.To excel, you will have the following education and experience:You have a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and a minimum of five years related outside sales experience, or equivalent work experience in a technical sales role with substantial fluid dynamics experience.You have sold multiple pump technologies.You have experience prioritizing tasks, making self-directed decisions, and meeting frequent deadlines
