Our employees, with their variety of cultural backgrounds and nationalities, are our biggest asset and actively participate in dynamic, ambitious projects with robust values advocated by the company: working in a company of moderate size yet operating on an international scale, while gearing each project towards one objective – customer satisfaction.If you are dynamic, relish a challenge, and enjoy working in a multicultural and international environment, join us!JOB DESCRIPTIONYou will be working under the supervision of the Operations Manager:Drive the sourcing of materials, components, and services required for Dedienne operations.As a member of the supply chain team, responsible for creating Purchase Orders, Repair Orders, Work Orders, and RFx in the ERP system (SAGE).Collaborate with supporting resources (Engineering, Quality, Global Supply Chains, Logistics, etc.) to achieve plans, ensure adequate cycle time to procure materials, and perform regular and efficient follow-up with vendors and supply chain partners.Manage communication regarding after-sales service requests or requests from customers to manage the purchasing requirement by interacting with different stakeholders.Manage the purchasing activity in the ERP tool to maintain the flow of information.Support local and global logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.Assist in building operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the company's facilities.Monitor inventory levels and manage replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels.Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.Periodic submission of reports and updates on ERP and to update different stakeholders.PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/aerospace/industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain/admin role
