**PTP Control & Project Lead**
**Which is the main objective of this role?
**
- Plays a lead role in the Continuous Monitoring Project by designing, developing and implementating monitoring dashboards/scorecards and new control testing mechanisms for Purchase to Pay process (PTP).
- Drives the development, implementation and role-out success business cases for PTP/AP CELONIS agenda in PMF and leverage with LATAM markets.
- Evaluates employees' risk awareness and coordinate training for them when necessary.
- Evaluates existing policies and procedures to find weaknesses and coordinate their mitigation.
**Responsibilities**:
**What will you be doing?
**
- Identify and coordinate improvements in the PTP process to meet the variance commitments for every single indicator objective (KPI).
Ensure that gaps are identified, action plans developed, and coordinate resources allocated to them in order to achieve the objectives regarding Control and Productivity.
- Measures and documents the benefits/targets of CELONIS and automation implementations in PMF to replicate in other markets.
- Boost an environment of continuous improvement that meets or exceeds local and Latam sector expectations.
- Establish clear performance and behavioral expectations for all players in the PTP process, avoiding silo working and foster proportional ownership.
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues or risks.
- Deliver effective change management, driving business changes while minimizing impacts and avoid contingencies/risks.
- Foster benchmarking against countries from Latam, other sectors and other similar companies in the industry
Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?
**
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance or related.
- SAP experience (at least 2 years).
- Fluent English spoken and written.
- Excellent Analysis and reasoning skills.
- High levels of analytical and financial skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impacts.
- Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred
