This role is responsible for the centralized placement of purchase orders via BuyIT, write-off risk analysis via reports, Purchase Order Split risk analysis and identification, documentation and follow-up, GR audits, and Low Value Spend principles tracking. Likewise, it is responsible for identifying and tracking blocked invoices, contact with purchasing and suppliers for payment balance cleaning, and user follow-up to ensure timely payment for goods or services to suppliers.
