Purchasing Agent

We are seeking self-motivated, career-oriented, organized, critical thinking, and detail-focused individuals to join our team!We are currently looking for a Purchasing Agent. This is a full-time opportunity from 9-6, Monday through Friday. We offer a complete benefits package which includes health insurance and a 401 (k) plan after a 3 months. Pay is commensurate with experience.**Responsibilities**:- Source suppliers, vendors, manufacturers and negotiate purchasing price- Prepare purchase orders by verifying details, specifications, and pricing- Monitor and expedite orders- Maintain supplier's database and keep employees up to date on any changes- Keep track of incoming orders to ensure equipment arrives on timeQualifications:- Experience in sourcing, purchasing & negotiating- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Office 365, Word)- Ability to work independently- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and co-workers.- Experience meeting supply/demand needs within the technology industry is a plus.- NetSuite CRM software experience is a PLUS!Pay: $33,993.00 - $77,607.00 per year**Experience**:- Procurement: 1 year (preferred)- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
