Our client is seeking a highly responsive and results-driven professional to join their team as a Procurement Coordinator. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage all purchasing operations, collaborate with vendors, and ensure accurate inventory management in a dynamic roofing and gutter contracting industryOur client has been assisting contractors and homeowners with all of their rain gutter and custom fabrication needs. They are family-owned and operated in Union City, CA. By putting customer service first, they are able to accomplish the most ornate and complicated work to the very simple everyday installations.**Responsibilities**:- Manage all purchasing on behalf of their company, liaising with existing vendors to get the best prices possible; collaborating with warehouse team to identify which items require replenishment; and identifying potentially new vendors and materials that they may explore either for better prices or new materials that their customers (roofing and gutter contractors) may want.- Ensure that their inventory management system is up-to-date and accurate to reflect appropriate inventory counts.- Issue work orders for items that require production in their facility.- Assist with administrative tasks on an as-needed basis - journal entries, basic bookkeeping, internal and external reporting.- Make outbound sales calls to sell their services to prospective new contractors.**Job Requirements**- Must have background / experience with the roofing or related industry and the materials that are related to the industry- Must be familiar with inventory management software (they currently use Quickbooks Enterprise, though looking to potentially change)- Must-have attributes- Highly responsive - able to answer to requests immediately during working hours- High interpersonal skills- Ability to think critically- Have a high degree of emotional intelligence- Able to speak both Excellent English and Spanish fluently- Must be located in LatinAmerica**Tools Used**- Quickbooks Enterprise Manufacturing- Slack- Dialpad**Salary**:- $1250 USD /month**Schedule**:Working hours are 7:00am - 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time - Monday through Friday**Application Disclaimer: Please Read Before Proceeding
