ObjectiveLiaise with plants and central teams on purchasing requests and performance results. Collaborate in AXIS initiatives, attend plant tours, and ensure the integration of SLA as part of evaluations in operational and functional areas.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure follow-up processes for purchasing requests regarding services and materials for plants, collaborating with purchasing teams established in plants.Receive first-hand escalation processes and area/plant needs, providing timely solutions and ensuring leadership on claim management towards suppliers.Verify and monitor adherence and compliance with established purchasing processes and policies in plants and functional areas.Communicate, deploy, and drive implementation of various initiatives from COEs to plant and functional areas, including cost reduction/optimization initiatives.Management of cost reduction initiatives with plants and functional areas, as well as project execution in a single list of projects for plants.Purchase 2 Pay - including samples for Propulsion/ICE programs (excluding SSC scope).Lead the programs developed in HPDC ALA site and accountable for specs validation, testing, and technical approval at plant.Analysis of monthly results and cost reduction projects, reporting results by categories.Position RequirementsEducation: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or similar.Experience: Purchasing, Programs Development, Testing, and technical approval at plant. Change Management. Certifications: CPIM APICS - Desirable.Skills: Results Oriented, Customer Oriented, Collaboration, Innovation, and Creativity.Languages: English – Proficient.#J-18808-Ljbffr
