You will work closely with internal teams, local municipalities, and regulatory authorities to ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained efficiently and in a timely manner.**Responsibilities**:- Permit Acquisition: Research, identify, and obtain all required permits and approvals necessary for new residential construction projects. These may include building permits, environmental permits, zoning permits, and any other applicable permits.- Compliance Verification: Ensure that all construction plans and documents comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning ordinances.- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all permit-related matters with local government agencies, building departments, and other relevant authorities.
