**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Implement and strictly adhere to procurement strategies to ensure flawless supply chain operations and efficient purchasing.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to achieve proven cost savings and enhanced quality standards.
- Monitor and determine inventory levels, ensuring an uninterrupted supply of materials to support manufacturing operations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain a diverse and competitive supplier base.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers, encouraging long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Track and analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to understand their needs and successfully implement procurement plans that support production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards throughout the procurement process.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on procurement activities, performance metrics, and cost savings initiatives.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop successful supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to track and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with knowledge of supply chain logistics.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
