**Objective of the position**

Provide administrative and organizational support.

**Principal activities**:
Communicate with internal and external areas as parts of the task.

Take care of internal and external customers and visitors.

Order basic supplies (e.g. spare parts, Office supplies, etc.) and department personnel equipment for job function (e.g. Lap top, desks, etc.) according to Company guidelines.

Perform and settle organizational tasks (e.g., arrange events, organize travels, etc.) according to Company guidelines.

Prepare and maintain simple documents (e.g. presentations, lists, documentations, instructions, etc.) according to guidelines; in a common foreign language (e.g. English, French, etc.) as requested.

Compile documents (e.g. for meetings, etc.) and check them (e.g. for completeness, Classification, etc.) according to guidelines.

Create simple evaluations, statistics and reports according to clear guidelines; in a common foreign language (e.g. English, French, etc.) as requested.

Gather, Input and process data according to guidelines (e.g. in SAP, FiOST, Optimain, AULA, KS Sort, MES Sort, etc.).

Plan, arrange, prepare, track and follow up on appointments (e.g, meetings, etc.).

Carry out administrative tasks according to guidelines (e.g. preparing requests/BANFs, handling vacation administration, organizing fits, archiving documents, answering and forwarding calls and mail, etc.).

Set and maintain 5Ss and proper lay out accommodation within the department work places.

**Requirements: **

Professional career: BD Business Administration or related.

Relevant experience: 2 years working in the role in the automotive or manufacturing environment. Move documentation understanding.
- English Business Level.

**Technical knowledge**:

- 5´s.
- Cost calculation understanding.
- Quality core tools.
- Project administration.
- Office (word, excel, power point).
