Your Qualifications And Skills Elementary:
Bacherol Advanced English.
English negotiation level.
Professional Experience: 5 years in Purchasing, supplier management
Problem-solving skills
Project management
Negotiation competence Associate's Degree or minimum of 5 years' of equivalent experience
General computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and PowerPoint), Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated success in negotiations.
Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Define, develop, coordinate and monitor activities in WK AMERICAS Supply Chain activities.
Define strategies aligned with WK America to support company objectives in purchasing, delivering strong results of savings, and spending.
Responsible for Supply Chain Team in Querétaro as well.
Actively participate in negotiations with suppliers
Monitoring and ensuring time and delivery
Obtain Purchase Order confirmation and follow up with vendors to ensure deliver dates.
Ensure Purchasing documents are complete and accurate, and that terms and conditions are appropriate.
Maintain accurate records, including price histories, and issues with current vendors.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and problems in conjunction with the Supply Chain and Purchasing Managers.
