Welcome to Bosch.Descripción del empleo- Search for new potential suppliers- Supplier selection for new projects / parts based on TCO approach- Lead Negotiation with suppliers for contracts, price, quality terms, charge, improvements, etc., using advanced negotiation methods- Drive cost savings projects via RPP projects- Supplier mentor responsible for supplier performance monitoring and improvement- Market research in the scope of sourcing process and change management- Conduct price comparisons and benchmarks to identify cost saving potentials- Build-up effective stakeholder relationship management with internal customers and related interfaces- Supplier evaluations and supply chain risk management- Support of logistic and quality targets- Supplier relationship management**Requisitos**:- Minimum Level of Studies: Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering- Knowledge in Injection mold design or manufacture is preferred- MS Office and SAP knowledge - Intermediate level- Fluently English language skill both written and spoken - MUST**What distinguishes you**:- High degree of goal and result orientation- Pro-active, Independent and structured working style and ability to work under pressure- Great negotiation skills- Fully aware of cost topics in benefit of the project- Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements and environments with high intercultural skills- Good ability to manage business relationship with internal customers and external suppliers- Good social, team communication skills, teamwork, flexibility and assertivenessInformación adicional**Relations**:- The position implies the frequent need to deal with people from other Departments of similar or sometimes higher levels, taking coordination agreements, giving and receiving information.- The position involves external and supplier relationships to give and receive information and carry out administrative procedures.**Working conditions**:- The work is carried out mainly in plants, factories or equivalent places, but without unpleasant factors- Usually sitting with spaced walks
