Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Overview of Role**:To assist the purchasing department in administrative and operational tasks, ensuring efficient procurement processes and supplier coordination at Pluma Nacional.
**Responsibilities**:- Support in placing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.- Assist in sourcing and evaluating new suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.- Help maintain and update purchasing records using tools like Excel and ERP systems.- Collaborate in managing inventory levels and restocking schedules.- Assist in resolving supplier inquiries and discrepancies.- Support the preparation of procurement reports and analyses.- Participate in maintaining and organizing purchasing documentation.- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and standards.Experiência y requisitos**Requirements**:- Active student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain principles.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.- Ability to work effectively in a team and under supervision.- Availability to work part-time during school hours.
