QUAILIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in materials operations and supply chain management, portion of which at supervisory capacity
- English - Advance

- Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP, Materials Management Module)
- Buying and negotiation skills

FUNCTIONS:

- Supplier on time delivery
- Inventory and ITO management (ITO>7)
- Buyer metrics execution and management (PO execution >99% and successful rate management)
- Shortage resolution and escalation (Close loop follow up and resolution)
- VMI execution to enhance the material flexibility >15%
- Premium freight in cost control
