Duties and Responsibilities:Directs the procurement and purchasing operations and strategies to provide the materials and services to meet organizational requirements for quality, volume, availability, and pricing.Work with Global, Regional and Local teams for agreement on objectives, terms, and processes.Evaluates and develops strategic supplier relationships and negotiates contracts globally, implements systems for monitoring performance, assessing risk, and responding to changes in demand or disruptions in the supply chain.Develop RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for utilization in the process of achieving cost reductions and establish efficient process integration with other service providers to support this activity.Identify cost reduction opportunities and facilitate their implementation, including leading the negotiating efforts with suppliers on a per project basis, ultimately contributing to savings and synergy targets.Develop and negotiate global or regional contracts with suppliers in collaboration with legal representatives.Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.Direct operations from planning to execution while adhering to standards and company policies.Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures.Requirements:BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years' experience in purchasing and sourcing management.5+ years' experience in people management.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Visa available.Certifications such as CPIM/APICS/CPM are desirable.Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas).Strong demonstrated knowledge in purchasing systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
