**Job Description**:

- Lead the operational rhythm (Cadence) to ensure timely resolution of all purchasing related issues, such as past due delivery execution, critical parts deliveries, affecting customer satisfaction.
- Manage team. Ensure low turnover rates, manage employees expectations, help them create a development plan to boost their career opportunities, create career ladder, network with other leaders in the region, actively search for newcomers and develop people on internships
- Monitor operational objectives (KPI's) related to supplier performance (On Time Delivery, Average Weighted Lead Time, Past Dues).
- Drive Supplier Performance Improvement Reviews for suppliers identified that are the most problematic and require Supply Management focus.
- Empower the team to drive process improvement initiatives for procurement activities for all direct material teams at Rockwell Automation. Purchasing Process continued improvement should be driven through elimination of variation and standardization of multiple activities.
- Automatize and improve ordering process by implementing tools and methods (e.g.EDI, Supplier Network Collaboration)
