Supervise the day-to-day activities of the sub team and ensure the purchase of goods, materials, supplies, and services that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.Drive tactical purchasing processes (non-catalogue requisitions) and ensure day-to-day/admin support (request and analyze competitive bids (3 bids and 1 buy), select suppliers, quality, delivery terms, specifications for goods/services, catalog implementation and maintenance, vendor master data creation and maintenance, L1 e-Purchasing support where required).Review and sign purchasing framework contracts.Supervise, coach, and provide instruction to team members.Ensure procurement processes adhere to DHL Corporate Procurement policy, including Purchasing Compliance.Drive process automation together with the process & performance and IT departments.Implement optimization and digitization projects.Implement new & digital ways of team collaboration and foster cross-functional teaming.Introduce and promote data-driven quality & performance management.Your profile:Experience Level: More than 5 yearsWe offer:Great opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the world.International and virtual environment.Flexibility and great opportunity to learn.Tempting compensation and benefits.DHL is an equal opportunity employer.
