Actively engage with plant colleagues and IBT Lead buyers / Corporate Lead buyer defining strategies Prepare Sub-materield strater nominated sub materields.
Plan and conduct RFPs to ensure timely renewal of the contracts & Increase contract coverage.
Suppor issues related to contracting and contract compliance.
Plan and develop actions to meet or exceed key KPI deliverables as outlined in policy deployment targets.
Prepare monthly status reports outlining RFP status, Savings and other key KPI´ s like Automation.
Supply base reduction, Payment terms etc.
Drive Process improvements Check purchasing requisitions and issue purchase orders on time--Functional Skills/Competencies-- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts, graphs, etc.)

- Importante empresa in Purchasing or Supply Chain roles, in Professional Services or similar related services Self-motivated to define and drive continuous improvement of processes Excellent communication skills, initiative and personal accountability Organized and excellent communication and project management skills.
PC literate (MS-Office, SAP).
Negotiation skills with demonstrated cost savings results.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to communicate and conduct business discussiuently in English.
