This role involves managing staff, coordinating schedules, and handling administrative tasks to maintain smooth workflow to achieve overall goals.Job ResponsibilitiesCentralized Procurement Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement processes across multiple manufacturing sites from a centralized shared service center to ensure standardization and efficiency across locations.Process Standardization and Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to standardize purchasing processes across the SSC to create a consistent and efficient workflow. This includes implementing best practices in procurement, identifying automation opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Data-Driven Decision Making and Reporting: Use data analytics to drive purchasing decisions, forecast trends, and report on key metrics such as cost savings, supplier performance, and operational efficiency. Create and distribute regular performance reports to provide insights to SSC management and stakeholders.Cross-functional Collaboration with Purchasing Manufacturing Teams: Collaborate to ensure alignment between procurement and production needs.
