* Negotiate with external suppliers to ensure favourable conditions.
* Authorise the purchase of necessary products and services.
* Define purchase order details and delivery schedules.
* Review and verify current contracts.
* Track and report on key functional metrics to reduce costs and improve productivity.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of company specifications and expectations.
* Anticipate changes in the comparative negotiating power of suppliers and clients.
* Predict unfavourable events by analysing data and prepare control strategies.
* Manage risk in contracts and supply agreements.
* Control spending and create a long-term cost-saving for procurement expenses.
* Knowledge of accounting regulations for provisions, estimates, projections, budgets, and costs, application of advances, and billing conditions applicable to the area.

Bachelor: Logistics, Transportation, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration.
* 3 to 5 years in a managerial position or procurement management.
