**Purchasing Professional Experience**About the job**RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Purchasing Professional Experience in Ramos Arizpe, MX. This position will be responsible for product and service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing and terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration and supplier performance management. This position will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and communications with internal stakeholders.This position will cover functions for the North American Region (Canada, Mexico, and the United States).**The Purchasing Professional Experience tasks will include**:- Converting Sales Orders to Purchase Orders- Coordinating and managing supplier quotes and internal communications- Determining requirements and act upon tasks in order of urgency- Carrying out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner- Organizing and track daily requests, quotes, and purchase orders- Ensuring urgent requests are coordinated properly through internal processes- Developing and managing effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders- Assisting in ensuring compliance with procurement procedures- Coordinating and execute daily administrative tasks such as setting up meetings, making phone calls, etc.- Helping to problem-solve issues and suggest ways to improve the process- Respecting decision-making boundaries and know when to involve the manager- Performing any other duties assigned by the manager in an orderly and efficient manner- Analyzing data as required**About you**Do you have:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred- 2-5 Years' Experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Project Management a plus- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)- Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements- Bilingual in Spanish and English Required- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision- High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency- Detail-oriented and highly organized**What we bring to the table**As a much-valued employer:- We offer you a varied and challenging role within the world market leader that is driving positive change- We give you the opportunity to take part in shaping the future of the industry leader in innovative technology- Amazing benefits! **Christmas bonus, Food vouchers, Saving funds, life insurance, disability insurance and more!****About RHI Magnesita
