Purchasing Project Auditor

Job Description:This individual will be responsible for conducting on-site visits with suppliers, assessing project scopes, and evaluating supplier proposals.
The primary focus will be to identify opportunities for improvements, detect errors, and highlight areas for optimization.
The Purchasing Project Auditor will work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure projects are aligned with commercial objectives while maintaining technical accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Perform regular on-site visits with suppliers to monitor project progress and compliance with specifications.Evaluate supplier proposals, ensuring alignment with project requirements, budget, and timelines.Identify areas for improvement within project scopes and supplier processes.Detect errors or discrepancies in proposals and project execution, recommending corrective actions as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze supplier performance and propose strategies for continuous improvement.Ensure that all projects adhere to procurement standards and commercial objectives.Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven experience in procurement or project management, preferably in the facilities or construction industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Technical background in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is highly desirable.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
