Job DescriptionA purchasing project buyer, working with international and multidisciplinary teams, responsible for implementing new and/or serial optimization projects for the automotive division, focused in power-train products.
The project buyer is the interface between purchasing & supplier quality teams, our Business Units who is the product development owner, and the external business partners (vendors).
The role includes the sourcing and approval of samples & parts for serial business; organizing technical meetings with Bosch multidisciplinary teams and vendors, securing the achievement of milestones and reporting in different horizontal & vertical lines.
All experience and activities are looking to achieve the best overall cost and on-time project implementation when involving the internal and external teams. Achieve goals assigned on time, cost, and quality. Active involvement in the identification and implementation of cost reduction ideas and business growth.
QualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience in a similar role including working for automotive companies.English Language: high (writing, listening, and oral).Hard skills: understanding of purchasing processes for sourcing and release of new parts, SAP usage, working with international multi-disciplinary teams and suppliers, project management, cost structure, and negotiation.Soft skills: team working and cooperation, effective communication, result-oriented, auto leadership.Flexibility for travel (local and international).Additional InformationGet to know more about how we work at Bosch and our new open positions on our social networks:
