Welcome to Bosch.Work #LikeA**Bosch****Job Description**:Work independently and with teams on assignments with the suppliers to ensure overall quality, compliance of processes and products to customer and internal standards.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate quality management systems towards the 3rd party suppliers, as necessary, to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards.- Coordinate proper quality monitoring and aid in the timely completion of corrective actions, generated by the suppliers.- Coordinate, analyze and recommend improvements of methods, procedures, and standards in support of local operation initiatives (Lean, 5-S, BPS, Etc).- Responsible for quality metrics reporting for the supply base.- Direct involvement in, and documentation of, quality and operation sub teams for CIP initiatives.- Conduct training sessions on quality topics as part of Operations initiatives.- Provide backup to local quality personnel (Manager, Sr. Engineer, Inspector), as necessary, to support overall quality initiatives including, but not limited to, CIP and Lean activity**Qualifications**:- Bachelors in engineering (electronics, mechanical, mechatronic, etc.)- 3+ year's applicable quality engineering (QE) experience.- Recurring interaction with suppliers, warehouse and customers.- Excellent oral written and presentation skills.- Assertive, accountable, and self-motivated.- Some travel < 30%Additional Information**Get to know more about how we work at Bosch and our new open positions on our social networks**:- Facebook: Bosch Talento México- Instagram: Bosch Campus México- LinkedIn: Bosch México
