- Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of purchasing; 4 commodity buyers, 1PLB, AQE's.
- Evaluates bids, ensuring compliance with departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Distributes purchasing information to involved parties including vendors, sales representatives, and employees.
- Reviews and evaluates purchase request forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Gathers, records, and completes purchase data.
- Completes other related projects as assigned.

- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply chain or financial fields.
- At least five years of experience in related field required.
- Proficient English 85%
- Analytical skills (MS Office/SAP).
- High communication / negotiation / collaboration skill with internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive attitude to learn and face challenges, thinking outside of the box, team player.
- Time management skills with ease to understand and establish priorities
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
- Directs the daily workflow and schedules of the department, coordinating staff involved in purchasing, selling, and distributing supplies, machinery, materials, or equipment.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
