Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people**Job Description**:- Assurance of continues flow on non defect components to the production line- Claim management with suppliers- Coordinate Failure Analysis activities- Support with the compliance on all Audits Internal and Externals- SAP set up of Components (Quality Set-Up, Qi InfoRecord and Inspection plan)- Ensures Preventive Quality Planning and Assurance for externally sourced parts (EZRS) including release of initial samples prior to SOP- Coordinate activities for Safe Launch- Assure Problem solving process for suppliers according to the 8D process.- Coordination on every year Re-evaluationof Suppliers- Follow-up to Top worst suppliers (low performance)- Ensure the department Target Achievement- Develop the team: competences, coaching and support on the achievements of their goals.- Support the Goals for BPS, CIP, 5's and ESD**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in industrial or Mechanical Engineering- ** English language: advanced**:- ** Problem solving**:- Quality for Automotive Industry (APQP) knowledge and experience- Electrical and Mechanical components experience- GD&T (Technical drawing) interpretation experience- Automotive Industry experience- Production processes: experience- MS Office proficient- SAP is desiredAdditional Information
