Pursuit Services - Demand Management

**Primary responsibilities include**:- Develops understanding of Pursuit Services service offerings and help educate customers on the value that Sales Excellence can add to their pursuit development efforts- Build and maintain customer relationships to enhance customer experience; understand our customer, our offerings, and Sales Excellence Pursuit services people to provide "smart staffing"- Reviews new requests in myPursuitServices queue and initiates scoping calls with clients to better understand their needs and align them with service catalogue offerings- Smart staffing to align the appropriate service offerings, skills, and bandwidth with client's needs- Actions internal scope change requests (staffing modification requests)- Ensures accurate data including fields such as demand notes, dates, service levels, and other key information within the myPursuitServices tool- Provides demand management coverage to other MUs as needed - e.G. PTO, volume management- Provides inputs to process improvement, standardization, and cost efficiency- Provides link (if appropriate) to deal-specific MS Team or SharePoint solution- Works with senior demand leadership to manage the forecast and assignments to provide a balance for team members and enable them to take PTO, training, etc. without causing a disruption in service to customers**Knowledge & Skill Requirements**:- Customer Insight - INTERMEDIATE- Deal Shaping - INTERMEDIATE- Sales Planning & Forecasting - INTERMEDIATE- Sales Pursuit Management - INTERMEDIATE- Sales Reporting & Channel Analytics - INTERMEDIATE- Value Analysis and Prioritization - INTERMEDIATE- Undergraduate degree: Business Management education desirable- English language fluency (oral and written)- A minimum of 3 years of experience
