**Responsibilities**:- Utilize Python programming language to implement backend logic, data processing, and business logic.- Design and implement SQL database schemas, queries, and optimizations for PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.- Build and consume REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints for data retrieval and manipulation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into development processes.- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve coding practices and standards.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 2-3 years of experience as a Python developer, with a strong understanding of Python language fundamentals and best practices.- Proficiency in SQL, with experience working with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.- Experience building and consuming REST APIs, with a solid understanding of HTTP protocols and request/response formats.- Familiarity with GraphQL and its concepts, including schema definition, queries, mutations, and subscriptions.- Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Django or Flask is a plus.- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Encora is the preferred digital engineering and modernization partner of some of the world's leading enterprises and digital native companies.
