Other duties may be assigned.- Responsible for the design of reusable, maintainable, and versioned automated test scripts that reflect functional testing business scenarios- Identify, analyze and report test results for automated test scripts and provide weekly metrics on overall automated testing status and defect tracking status per project- Manually execute complex test plans with an understanding of how to build new coverage into the existing Automation test suite- Collaborate with development team to understand how development changes affect ongoing Automation efforts- Identify and implement continual improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the position, the team and the company.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree (B. A.) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics or other related degree from four-year college or university; or 2+ years related experience and/or training in software testing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Relevant work experience in development and/or testing role preferred- Experience with Testing Anywhere Automated Testing Tool and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010-13/Team Foundation Server preferred but not required- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)- Positive participant in team efforts across work teams- Strong organizational skills- Well-developed interpersonal skills- Ability to analyze problems and systematically approach them to make both short term and long term improvements- Good time management skills and strong ability to manage several projects and tasks at once and excellent ability to prioritize time and efforts- Ability to be detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and delivery of high quality projectsLANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
