The role is part of the Americas EXO Quality team, located in the US and in Mexico. The position covers various activities and projects to analyze complaint reports, document non-conformances, routine product release and other administrative tasks related to Quality function.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManages regular product inspections and the release process in SAPReports, manages, and investigates product non-conformances and complaints in collaboration with the TPM and relevant internal functions on a daily basisPerforms Complaint Trend Analysis on a monthly basis.Prepares monthly Scorecard for all Americas TPMsReviews Batch records, COAs and communicates with TPM for any discrepancy
