.**Quality Assurance Coordinator**Major Tasks1) Compliance of business goals and operational excellence, willing to grow yourself, promote personal and professional growth of the team.2) Serve as an internal auditor for ISO 9001 and Clean Seed.3) Administrate QMS(ISO 9001, CAPA closure, documents). Manage and Monitor Quality metrics and KPIs providing support/expertise to the areas to achieve goals in terms of CAPA and document control.4) Together with production leads prepare & review periodically the quality results (germination, UT, genetic purity, disease, vigor), and if applicable work on root cause analysis and action plans to improve customer satisfaction (end season reviews, management review & area analysis).5) Provide a weekly/monthly update of the quality crop performance to the global teams, discuss issues, plan and align on potential solutions (Monthly Meeting Report, Weekly Report, FQ Bi monthly Report).6) Perform field quality evaluations of all the seed productions and plant development. Track all observations through available Bayer Digital Platform i.E FIDO (Field Scoring) & ACS (coming soon).7) Ensure cleaning/disinfection procedures for tools and equipment prior entering to the GH. Responsible for disinfection area.8) Ensure compliance in our operations including SSHE, Human Rights & QMS.9) Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services.10) Onboarding and training new team members11) Staying up to date with new quality control techniques and methods12) Look for opportunities and deliver results to make the operation more efficient by leading saving, cost avoidance, and quality/yield improvement projects (focus initiative).13) Be the internal contact point for quality aspects for regulatory and export purposes.14) Download and provide PLDs to the production area and Request PLD for new varieties (Phases 4A/4B) to the Seed Production Specialistwhen needed.15) Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to be applied in the production process.16) Create crop production management protocols & provide follow up to the implemented protocols to assure they are followed and well understood for materials with low quality, NVI (new variety introduction), and top Tiers for the company, to make sure our production site is able to grow them again with better quality.17) Execute harvest index and stigma receptivity trials in the greenhouse to support production pollination and harvest decisions.**Skills**:1) B.S degree in natural sciences, business management or industrial science, whereas a master s degree is desirable.2) 5 years of experience in seed industry or related fields focused on Quality Assurance, Field Quality, Greenhouse/Open field production, Customer Service.3) Professional certification is desirable in Quality Standards, ISO, CMQ/OE, ASQ
