**PRINICIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Provide leadership for process control in the process.
- Problem resolution with supplier and customers
- Support the corrective action system (internal and external)
- Provide technical support to MfG Eng and MFg regarding quality of product and his function within the design
- Quality gage requirement for processes
- Provide leadership to QC engineers and technicians
- Works closely with engineering and manufacturing in capacity studies, gage R&R and DOE
- Any other dutries or responabilities as assigned by department supervisor
- Performs activities related to safety
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIERED**:
- Education: Drgree in Mechanical, Electrical or Indutrial Engineer
- 80% Bilingual
- Knowledge of ISO9000
- Geometric Tolerances and blue pirnt reading
- Computer literate on Microsoft
- Problem solving tecniques
- PFMEA, DOE, QFD, PPAP, APQP
- Good analytical skills
- Experience in Quality Control
- Good judgment
Strong leadership
- Good communications skills
