Troubleshooting, Acceptability Standards, Microsoft Office Tools, English spoken, written and read at least 90%,

Activities / Responsibilities:
Multidisciplinary, self, Teamwork, Leadership.

Responsibilities / Activities: Ensure compliance with customer requirements. Receiving corrective actions and ensure their response time. Lead the continuous improvement process by identifying key gauges. Direct contact with the customer to address quality problems. Generation control plans to prevent problems and performing FMEA's. Analysis of information related to the key processes to be analyzed.
