The project was unsuccessful due to communication issues, conflicting time zones, and scope creep. Since then, he built OneSeven and tailored our services to support startup founders in need of high-quality software development.**About You**:- Fluent in English (important)- 2+ years of experience working for startups- Excellent communication skills- Strong mentoring skills- Agile + Scrum Methodology experience- Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and problem solve- Team player, willing to jump outside of their role to help the greater team.- Ability to research as you work- Clear written communication, and the ability to quickly identify and share important discoveries and problems in your work with others on the team- The ability to be accountable for your own time in a fully remote environment- The desire to contribute to a growing, dynamic team and help shape process, practice, and operations- You will need to provide your own workspace with reliable Internet service**Responsibilities**:- Identify, log, and track bugs and other issues- Execute manual and automated tests- Collaborate with product teams to define and prioritize test scenarios- Document and maintain test processes and procedures- Analyze test results and identify areas of improvement- Maintain quality standards and make sure that all products meet customer expectations**Requirements**:- At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance- Knowledge of software development life cycle and software testing methodologies- Experience with test automation platforms, systems, and tools preferred (Selenium, JMeter, Postman, etc).- Experience with API testing- Preferred knowledge and/or experience in compliance with standards such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, FERPA, PCI, and ADA.- Ability to write, read, and understand code (Python, Javascript, SQL, and others)
