Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-- Engineering degree (industrial or mechanical engineering)**Experience**:- Min. 2 to 3 years experience in quality**Technical skills**:- Leadership experience- Ability to lead projects, provide status reports and track progress- Experience in assembly processes- In-depth knowledge of quality tools (Core tools)- Experience in failure analysis- Experience in auditing processes and systems- English written and verbal (80%)**Additional qualifications and personality**:- Proficient computer knowledge in Microsoft Software and SAP.- PFMEA, DOE,PPAP,GD&T.- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Standards- Strong analytical thinking and focused on problem solving.- Strong drive and motivation.- Strategic thinking- Creativity- Team leader and team player- Travel availability (also international)- Project mgmt.- Ability to handle stress situations- Ability to work with different culturesThe QA Engineer is responsible to lead the quality of the areas assigned to him and manage the quality risks on the manufacturing sectors, that the product meets the requirements.- Influence early development stages to reduce the product quality risks- Assure quality activities on the assembly line- Customer contact on quality manufacturing issues- Continuous improvement of the dept. through establishing and executing the necessary processes- Achievement of the goals according the quality master plan- Orient management team on the main issues or main quality risks.- Participate for the dept.
