**Requirements**:
Proficient in Salesforce testing, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, Lightning components, and Apex classes.
Hands-on experience with test management tools.
Familiarity with automated testing tools like Selenium, Provar, or Apex Unit Testing Framework.
Understanding of APIs and ability to test API integrations using tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket.
**Responsibilities**:
Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom components.
Ensure testing covers functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance aspects.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Provar, or WorkSoft.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery of quality Salesforce solutions.
Optimize and refactor automation scripts for improved efficiency and reusability
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Salesforce development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development lifecycle.
Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) to provide QA insights.
Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or TestRail.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and ensure timely resolution.
Provide detailed and transparent testing reports to project stakeholders.
Set up and manage test environments, ensuring parity with production and sandbox environments.
Create and maintain test data for various testing scenarios.
Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with organizational security, scalability, and quality standards.
Follow and promote QA best practices, methodologies, and tools within the team.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and testing tools.
