FunctionHealth is on the hunt for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in upholding the excellence and dependability of our cutting-edge healthcare solutions. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Test Plan Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive test plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with FunctionHealth's software solutions, functional requirements, and user expectations.
- **Automation Testing**: Lead in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts, enhancing testing efficiency and integrating automated testing within the CI/CD pipeline in close coordination with development teams.
- **Regression Testing**: Carry out thorough regression testing to confirm changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities, ensuring new features integrate seamlessly without compromising system stability.

**Qualifications/Skills**:
- **Expertise**: 3+ years of experience in quality assurance/testing roles, preferably in a healthcare or regulated industry, and hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- **QA Methodologies Expertise**: Possesses a robust understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and the software development life cycle (SDLC), ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality assurance across all phases of development.
- **Language**: English proficiency.
