QA Analyst, Manual (Queretaro or Mexico City, MX)**Role Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Perform system testing, verifying conformance to established requirements and diagnose causes of failures while developing formal test procedures.- Analyze product requirements, discuss with design groups and prepare test plans/test cases with clear focus on Black and White Box, regression, smoke, etc., testing needs.- Create and execute test specifications from design requirements, analyzing and reporting test results and reporting on defect resolution.- Assist in preparing test plans and prepare detailed test cases for software functionality, installation, and usability.- Test all new products releases / builds and test biometric software before shipping to customer.- Set up test environment and test new product releases/builds in addition to verifying user guides and installation documents.- Test all customer implementations including fresh installations and migrations by replicating the customer environment.- Participate in the manual testing for multiple projects to verify functionality while understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.- Investigate and assist with customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing defects, and creating and managing defect reports.- Work with technical teams, customers and upper management to produce project documents and understand customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.**Required Experience & Education**:- Bachelor's degree is required- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- Strong experience with Excel (manipulating data, VLOOKUP's, data validation, navigating quickly around a spreadsheet, etc.) is a must**Plus**:- SailPoint testing experience is a plus- Previous experience writing and running SQL queries is desired- Expertise in Agile SAFe methodologies, iterative methodologies and Behavior Driven Development techniques is highly preferredTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $1.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas
