Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Systems.
KnowledgeStandards: Certifications and audits for Quality Management Systems in the electronics and telecommunications industry (family of standards ISO 9000, TL9000).
Regulatory Agencies standards, certifications, and audits for the electronics and telecommunications industry.
Statistical tools.
8D methodology and other tools for analysis and troubleshooting.
Risk analysis and FMEA.
Skills / CompetenciesAdministration, maintenance, and improvement of a Quality Management System.
Internal Auditor certified in ISO 9001: 2015 and/or TL9000: 2016.
Teamwork skills, communication, leadership, focus on results, decision making, client focus, personnel management, negotiation, and organization.
High level in management of computing tools, Microsoft Office package and/or G Suite.
Advanced English both spoken and written.
Responsibilities / ActivitiesCoordinate the implementation, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.Manage the processes of Control of Documents and Records.Manage the Corrective and Preventive Actions system.Provide technical support for the 8D methodology.Prepare and lead the process of Internal Audits to the Quality Management System.Act as the main contact and leader of the Plant in external audits of the Quality Management System: regulatory agencies, clients, certification houses (ISO 9000, TL9000, ESD, etc.), and Performance Excellence (Sanmina Corporate).Coordinate and verify the correct implementation of Corporate (QAP, QAT, QAR) and Regional (SOP Regional) policies, requirements, and procedures.
