**Schooling: Electronic, Industrial or related Engineering.**
**Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Systems**
**Knowledge**:
**Standards, certifications and audits for Quality Management Systems in the electronics and telecommunications industry (family of standards ISO 9000, TL9000).**
**Standards, certifications and audits of Regulatory Agencies for the electronics and telecommunications industry.**
**Statistical tools.**
**8D methodology and other tools for analysis and troubleshooting.**
**Risk analysis and FMEA.**
**Skills / Competencies**:
**Administration, maintenance and improvement of a Quality Management System.**
**Internal Auditor certified in ISO 9001: 2015 and / or TL9000: 2016.**
**Teamwork skills, communication, leadership, focus on results, decision making, client focus, personnel management, negotiation and organization.**
**High level in management of computing tools, Microsoft Office package and / or G Suite.**
**Advanced English both spoken and written.**
**Responsibilities / Activities**:
**Coordinate the implementation, administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.**
**Manage the processes of Control of Documents and Records.**
**Manage the Corrective and Preventive Actions system.**
**Provide technical support for the 8D methodology.**
**Prepare and lead the process of Internal Audits to the Quality Management System.**
**Prepare and act as the main contact and leader of the Plant in external audits of the Quality Management System: of regulatory agencies, of clients, of certification houses (ISO 9000, TL9000, ESD, etc.), of Performance Excellence (Sanmina Corporate) etc.**
**Coordinate and verify the correct implementation of Corporate (QAP, QAT, QAR) and Regional (SOP Regional) policies, requirements and procedures.
