**Descripción y Requisitos**
- Experience_Minimum of +3 years of experience as Quality Engineer
- Technical Skills_Knowledge of ESD standards
- Proficient in MS Office and Google apps
- Knowledge of 8D's and problem solving techniques
- Statistical and quality tools knowledge (SPC, ANOVA, CPk, FMEA, Control Plan, Process Audits, Ishikawa, 5whys).
- Experience working with customers (effective communication and treatment of customer complaints)
- Corrective Actions management (Agile software if a plus).
- Knowledge in root cause analysis tools.
- Green belt training (desirable).
- Certified internal lead auditor for ISO 9001 norm, equivalent or superior grade (it is a must).
- Experience coordinating team from multiple departments to address customer complaints.
-Experience working with calibration suppliers (It's a plus).
- Attitude_Proactive team work player
- Adaptable and flexible to move roles according to company demands (within the scope of your job deEscrituraion and nature of position).
- Capable of working under a pressure environment.
- Cooperative and collaborative thinking.
- Be the point of contact for customer escalations and report updates.
- Others_English 80% (spoken and written)
- Flexibility to work on different shifts
- Experience managing Quality Inspectors
