Currently, we have careers that Change Lives as:**QA Engineering Manager**The Quality Engineering manager oversees the Product Quality team in the development and administration of internal and external regulations, protocols, and policies as well as creates, maintains, and reports results to ensure a consistent and high level of quality for all Sanmina products.**Qualifications**:Education: Bachelor´s degree in a related career, Master's degree, green belt, or black belt certifications are a plus.Experience: 5+ years in inspection and quality systems in a Fabrication environmentLeader experience.Duties and Responsibilities:- Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.- Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to the Quality Management System.- Ensure compliance with customer-specific regulations related to product quality and the proper performance of day-to-day activities.- Oversee detailed inspections of components and completed assemblies at various production phases and throughout the manufacturing processes.- Perform quality testing.- Prepare and maintain Quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal and external expectations.- Document nonconforming material; clearly and accurately.- Assist with the actual labor and manufacturing of projects as time permits/as needed.- Communicate to all individuals effectively.- Participate in team meetings as required (safety, problem-solving, etc.).- Participate in process improvement teams and complete relative documentation when required.- Assist in the continuous growth of the Quality Department.- Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions when necessary.**You can grow your career with us; we hope you'll considerjoining our team!**Tipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $11,865.30 - $26,946.64 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
