Qa Engineering Sr Superintendet (R)

**QA Engineering Mgmt 3****Education**: Bachelor degree on Electronic Engineer, Industrial or any bachelor degree related to electronics.**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of related experience with the position.- Development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance and control systems.- Production Quality Control- Knowdledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)- Proactive team work and team leader.- Capable to work under pressure environment.- English 90%- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.- Quality Management System ISO/TL9000 &ESD- Knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, IPC 610 & Quality Standards**Skills/knowledge**:- Leadership, Personnel Management, Negotiation skills and deal directly with the customer, telephone conversations in English, service attitude, Availability, proactivity, management of suppliers.- Analysis data to make decisions and establish improvement actions.- Analysis of problems by defined methodologies and establishment of corrective actions
